City Court discussing complaint of “Topadze Industrialists – Our Georgia”

Tbilisi City Court is discussing the complaint filed by “Topadze Industrialists – Our Georgia” Party, which was lift off the registration by Central Election Commission (CEC) several days ago on ground of having submitted incomplete documentation. 

The party leaders demand that the decision of CEC is declared as null and void. The political block members claim that they have submitted the party election list together with all the necessary documentation. The party also demands reimbursement of material damage.
