Flu virus expected to spread in the second half of February

Cases of flu virus can be increased in the second half of February in Georgia. Head of the National Center of Disease Control Paata Imnadze says that the cases will be fewer than detected in December. 

Imnadze says ‘nothing special happens’ and this situation is characteristic for winter, in general.  Basically A type of the virus circulates at the moment. There were several cases of B type virus. 

The Head of the National Center of Disease Control advises those having flu virus to stay at home, offering them certain recommendations.
