Second Semi-Final of 2017 ESC was Held

The Grand Finalists of Eurovision 2017 are now known.

The Second Semi-Final of 2017 Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) was held on May 11, at Kyiv's International Exhibition Centre. 

18 countries took part in the Second Semi-final in order to qualify for 10 places available in Saturday's final. 

And the qualifiers were announced:

Belarus

Bulgaria

Croatia

Hungary

Denmark

Romania

Israel

Norway

The Netherlands

Austria

The First Semi-Final took place on May 9. The ten qualifiers from First Semi-Final were announced: Moldova, Azerbaijan, Sweden, Greece, Portugal, Poland, Armenia, Australia, Cyprus, Belgium.

Based on rules of the competition, the host country Ukraine and the "Big 5" countries Germany, Great Britain, France, Spain and Italy are automatically qualified for the final.

Tamara Gachechiladze, Georgian entrant at 2017 ESC dropped out of the race in the First Semi-final of the 2017 ESC.
