Georgia to host the Spring Session of NATO Parliamentary Assembly


Official Tbilisi prepares for hosting the international event. For the first time in history the NATO Parliamentary Assembly will be held in Georgia.

The delegations of NATO member and partner countries will gather in Tbilisi tomorrow.

After four-day work the Assembly will adopt a declaration in support of Georgia.

The document will include a clear message toward Russia and it will call on the NATO to strengthen the country's support.

The delegates will personally get acquainted with the situation created in the occupation line. A special representative of Secretary General of NATO says that Parliamentary Assembly members arrive in Georgia to recognize the reforms carried out by the country.
