The civil funeral of a well-known Georgian singer Zurab Sotkilava has been held at Opera and Ballet Theatre, Tbilisi.

Zurab Sotkilava’s body was later buried at Saburtalo Cemetery.

Representatives of the Georgian government have also attended the civil funeral, offering their condolences to Sotkilava’s family members.

Zurab Sotkilava died on September 18 at the age of 80 in Moscow.
