Kakha Kaladze thanks everyone for buying tickets for charitable football match

“I would like to thank everybody who came here and paid money for the tickets,” Kakha Kaladze, former football player and current candidate for post of Tbilisi Mayor told journalists after the charitable football match with the participation of world stars. 

"This money will be spent on restoration of the forest in the Borjomi Gorge. I think the fans are happy too," Kaladze said.

The charity match organized in at Dinamo Arena in Tbilisi ended 6-5 in favor of the World XI team versus GFF XI. The match was organized to help Georgia restore the Borjomi forest that was recently hit by fire. A total of 403, 214 GEL will be spent on restoration of the burnt forest.
