President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko categorically rejected the proposal of Czech President Miloš Zeman that the Crimea is a "completed business", so you can bargain. He stated this at a meeting of the PACE.

"I firmly reject the statement of those who speak of the Crimea as a" completed case ". This rostrum was created not for appeals for appeasement, nor for appeals to bargain with territories for money, oil or gas. This has never happened, "Poroshenko said, as reported by Front News.

On Tuesday, October 10, Czech President Miloš Zeman during a speech at the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe said that the annexation of the Crimea is a completed matter and offered Ukraine to receive compensation either financially or by oil and gas.

The Crimean Peninsula and the city of Sevastopol were illegally annexed by Russia in March 2014. No civilized country in the world has recognized this annexation. Ukraine poses the question of the return of the Crimea on all international venues.
