The Central Election Commission (CEC) will be working in special regime today. The CEC will be holding information briefings throughout the day. Information center, hot-line and online chat of CEC is working in 24-hour regime. 

The local self-governance elections are being held in Georgia today. Elections are taking place in 5 self-governance cities and 59 municipalities. The 2058 members of 64 Sakrebulos (city assemblies) and 64 Mayors will be elected with 4-year term.
