ODIHR to make statement about preliminary evaluation of Georgian elections on October 22

The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) will make a statement about preliminary evaluation regarding the October 21 local self-governance elections in Georgia on October 22. 

Stewart Dickson, Head of the Congress delegation will make the statement. The observation mission includes 196 election observers of 30 countries. The 189observers were presented by ODIHR, while 7- by the Congress.
