Georgia submits all legal documents necessary for Megis Kardava’s extradition

Georgia has sent all legal documents necessary for Megis Kardava’s extradition to Ukraine, - said prosecutor Natia Songulashvili.

According to her, the Georgian side is waiting for the decision of the competent court of Ukraine to bring Megis Kardava before the Georgian judiciary in the shortest possible time.

Megis Kardava was declared wanted by Interpol in 2013.

Megis Kardava, former senior defense ministry official, was detained in Ukraine on November 1.
