No official charges have been yet presented against Rati Gachechiladze . He is kept at pre-detention cell of Police Main Department.  Lawyer plans to file a motion on bail, as claims that the risk of absconding does not exist.Rati Gachechiladze was arrested for beating Rustavi 2 Director General Nika Gvaramia.Gachechiladze released information about his participation in the incident on social network yesterday. Levan Gachechiladze's son claimed responsibility for assault on Rustavi 2 Director. Investigation is in progress under article 126, part I.Gvaramia claimed that he had been physically assaulted at a restaurant.  He said that he was dining together with friends after his father’s funeral last evening when the lights were put out and he and his companions were attacked.
