Mariam Mamadashvili - Georgian Contender of 2016 JESC
2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest | 7 October, 2016
Mariam Mamadashvili, 10, will present Georgia at 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC).The Georgian contender was selected by a competent jury. Jury members are: Rusudan Bakhtadze (Vocal Coach), Nato Dumbadze (Producer), Zaza Orashvili (Director), Nika Kocharov (Singer, 2016 ESC participant ), Lizi Pop (Singer, JESC participant). The national competition, announced by Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB) on August 15, was closed on September 25.Georgian Public Broadcaster will announce the Georgian entry song for 2016 JESC in the nearest future. Composer Giorgi Kukhianidze will work on entry song together with Mariam Mamadashvili.Ten-year Georgian contender has been singing since age 4. She has studied at “Bzikebistudio", also at Evgeni Mikeladze State Central Music School. She participated in different concerts and TV shows.Mamadashvili has lived in US since 2015. She studies in Tomlinson Middle School. Mamadashvili has studied in Broadway Method Academy since 2015.The 14th Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Malta.
