Georgia will Host the 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC). The competition will be held on November 26 at Olympic Palace in Tbilisi.Georgia is the most successful country in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest having won the competition a record three times.

First Channel is announcing a contest to select the Georgian entry song for 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC). Grigol Kipshidze will present Georgia at JESC this year.All interested persons, authors and songwriters are encouraged to send the songs composed specially for this contest and biography at E-mail - [email protected] song must not be more than 3 minutes long and lyrics should be in Georgian language. Mariam Mamadashvili won the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC), with the entry song "Mzeo" (Sun).The 14th edition of JESC was held in Malta. The final took place in Valletta’s Mediterranean Conference Centre on November 20. 

Malta is hosting JESC this year. Mariam Mamadashvili will present Georgia at 2016 JESC, with the entry song "Mzeo" (Sun).

The Georgian entry for this year’s Junior Eurovision has just been released. Mari Mamadashvili will sing "Mzeo"(Sun) on November 20 in Malta.

Mariam Mamadashvili, 10, will present Georgia at 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC).The Georgian contender was selected by a competent jury. Jury members are: Rusudan Bakhtadze (Vocal Coach), Nato Dumbadze (Producer), Zaza Orashvili (Director), Nika Kocharov (Singer, 2016 ESC participant ), Lizi Pop (Singer, JESC participant). The national competition, announced by Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB) on August 15, was closed on September 25.Georgian Public Broadcaster will announce the Georgian entry song for 2016 JESC in the nearest future. Composer Giorgi Kukhianidze will work on entry song together with Mariam Mamadashvili.Ten-year Georgian contender has been singing since age 4. She has studied at “Bzikebistudio", also at Evgeni Mikeladze State Central Music School.  She participated in different concerts and TV shows.Mamadashvili has lived in US since 2015. She studies in Tomlinson Middle School. Mamadashvili has studied in Broadway Method Academy since 2015.The 14th Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Malta.
