Aleksandre Tabatadze, Deputy Head of State Security Service gave a speech during Ambassadorial 2017 being held in Tbilisi.

Tabatadze talked about current situation across occupied regions of Georgia, military contingent deployed by the occupational forces and so-called borderization process. He also stressed on violation of rights of locals residing near the installed border banners and barbed wires.
