Justice Minister talks about extradition of Mikail Kadiev

Tea Tsulukiani, Georgia’s Justice Minister talked about extradition of Dagestan citizen Mikail Kadiev to Russia in “First Studio” talk-show of First Channel on January 16. 

She said she did not plan to issue such an order. According to Tsulukiani, extradition of Kadiev would be violation of human rights. 

Kadiev was arrested in 2013 on charge of illegal keeping of arms. His prison term expires in June of 2015. Kadiev is seeking the status of a refugee.
