Ship sailing under flag of Malta detained

Border Police of Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) detained a ship sailing under the flag of Malta on charge of violation of navigation rules. 

The captain of the ship being a Russian Federation’s citizen is accused of having derived from the course. The captain will have to pay 50 thousand GEL in favor of the state budget.
