The 13 IDP families from occupied region of Abkhazia were given flats at a newly-constructed block of apartments at Dodashvili Street. 

The private sector covered 80% of price, while Ministry of IDPs and Settlement - 20%. The ministry provided transportation of luggage as well. The IDPs lived in the former building of Blood Transfusion Institute in the past.
