Citizens of Nepal detained on charge of attempt of illegal crossing of border
The Border Policemen of the MIA Border Police N7 Office (Akhaltsikhe) as a result of held activities detained the citizens of Nepal – Kul Bahadur (DoB 1983) and Achiut S. (DoB 1979) for attempting to cross state border illegally in the group.
Investigation established that detainees attempted to enter the country without official border control from the Republic of Turkey.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of attempting to cross state border illegally in the group, article 19-344, II part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code. Investigation is conducted by Border Police investigative-operative main division.
