Mamuka Ghlonti to file lawsuit against partner sitting’s protocol

Mamuka Ghlonti, founder and 15% shareholder of Maestro TV Company plans to file a lawsuit against the protocol made at the sitting of partners. Lawyer says that he is waiting for the protocol approved through the notary rule.

Based on the protocol, Baia Gadabadze, former General Director of Maestro TV was dismissed from port. Lawyers of Maka Asatiani, 25% shareholder of Maestro TV and Ghlonti both agree that TV Company is unable to fulfill financial obligations.
