Will Aleksi Petriashvili’s case be re-qualified?

Shalva Khutsishvili, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs said that in case of new circumstances, the criminal case opened into wounding fact of Aleksi Petriashvili, Secretary General of Free Democrats Party would be re-qualified. 

One of the suspects on Petriashvili’s attack was detained on March 7. The person was presented charges last night. The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) is intensively working on determination of the person who had ordered the attack. A criminal case is opened under Article #117.
