Studio Maestro LTD has a new director – businessman Zurab Nakeuri. His candidacy was approved by the sitting of partners with 80% votes for and 20% - against.

Giorgi Gvenetadze, lawyer of Maka Asatiani, 25% shareholder of Maestro, told journalists after the sitting that Nakeuri would be presumably registered at Public Registry by the end of today.

Nakeuri presented a plan for resolution of financial problems during the sitting.
