Six former high-ranking officials, detained into case of secretly shot video footage reflecting private life, were presented charges under Article #333 of Criminal Code of Georgia that envisages exceed of duties.

Lawyer Malkhaz Velijanashvili says that none of the detainees admits to have committed the crime. One of the detainees, former official of Constitutional Security Department (CSD) Vazha Leluashvili released a video address talking about the issue.

Meanwhile, journalist Eliso Kiladze applied to Prosecutor’s Office. She claimed that the video material was shot in Leluashvili’s house in 2007 and this video admits Leluashvili’s guiltiness. The case is unresolved and seems to continue endlessly.
