Tbilisi Prosecutor’s Office has launched investigation into the fact of cutting trees at Kazbegi Avenue in Tbilisi.

‘Investigation has been launched according to the first part of the article # 303. The corresponding complaint was presented to the agency yesterday,’ Prosecutor’s Office has reported.

The article refers to cutting trees and bushes illegally and causing significant loss. It envisages imposing a fine, work or up to three years of imprisonment.
