Fair Elections publishes report

The non-governmental organization Fair Elections published a report about pre-election period ahead of the second round of 2016 parliamentary elections. 

During October 9-27 period, the NGO detected 2 facts of physical abuse, 8 cases of pressure presumably on political motive, 1 fact of use of administrative resources, 2 cases of bribery of voters. The NGO calls on relevant institutions for reaction.
