The Turkish media reports about activation of an explosive device at Sarphi customs checkpoint of Georgian-Turkish state border. Turkish newspapers report about detention of one person. Program shutdown of averted terrorist act – no official confirmation is received yet.
Sarphi customs checkpoint of the Georgian-Turkish state border has remained closed for already the second day. Shutdown of the electronic system of the Turkish side and technical disorder is named as the reason of inconvenience due to which citizens are unable to cross the border.
