Irakli Kobakhidze, Executive Secretary of Georgian Dream held a briefing at the party office about proceeding of the second round of 2016 parliamentary elections.

Kobakhidze said that election process was generally being held in peaceful environment without major violations. 

He also called on participating political entities for abstaining from organizing provocations and urged voters for being active.
