The demonstration organized by “White Noise Movement” at central Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi in demand of decriminalization of use of drugs and replacement of imprisonment with medication resulted in conflict and detention of 2 protesters. 

Hundreds of people attended the protest. Participants included ordinary citizens, politicians and members of non-governmental organizations.
