The Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA) demands that Prosecutor’s Office is separated from justice system and established as an independent body.

The GYLA voiced the initiative during the sitting of State Constitutional Commission. MPs said that the initiative was considered as a version at the current stage.
