The occupational regime released Nikoloz Tvauri, 75, detained at Tsiteli Ubani in return to 2 thousand Rubles. Russian soldiers detained the man on March 2 on charge of having crossed the so-called border illegally. 

The man was kept at Tskhinvali pre-detention prison cell. In an interview with “Moambe” News Program, Tvauri said he did not cross the so-called border and worked in his yard when detained.
