Representatives of local and central government remain in Batumi - their assessments

Batumi Mayor Giorgi Ermakov is waiting for the results of the investigation. He explains that burnt vehicles have been withdrawn from the territory, one of which belongs to the Supreme Council, the rest several burnt cars belongs to Patrol Police. 

By the President's order, the Secretary of the Security Council and Head of the Presidential Administration arrived in Batumi. According to Giorgi Abashishvili violent acts took place and that not relates to the freedom of speech and expression.

As a reminder, six people were arrested due to administrative violations in Batumi but this fact was followed by large-scale protests and clashes between police and people yesterday.
