Results of Batumi protest clashes

Damaged infrastructure, burnt vehicles, and dozens of injured or detained people – these are the results of last night's protest clashes.

A total of 33 people applied to medical facilities, 15 of them are law enforcers.

Two patients remain in the hospital for the time being.

The investigation into the case is underway.

As a reminder, six people were arrested due to administrative violations in Batumi but this fact was followed by large-scale protests and clashes between police and people, demanding the detainees to be released.
