Rustavi 2 TV Company has accepted the offer of Brothers Karamanashvilis. LTD “Team of Rustavi 2” will be officially established on March 27. 

Nika Gvaramia, General Director of Rustavi 2 Company talked about the offer in “Courier” News Program. He said that the LTD would become the 51% shareholder of “Saqartvelo” TV Company.
