Head of State Security Service comments about Operative-Technical Agency

Vakhtang Gomelauri, Head of State Security Service says that Operative-Technical Agency will be activated in compliance with the law. 

According to Gomelauri, the service will wait for the decision of Constitutional Court where non-governmental organizations and oppositional politicians filed a complaint over the issue of secret wire-tapping practice across the country. 

Gomelauri did not confirm the information about consideration of candidacy of Aleko Tabatadze on post of Head of Operative-Technical Agency.
