Maia Rcheulishvili to be allowed to attend funeral of Vakhtang Rcheulishvili

Publish Time 2017-04-14 16:17:00

Maia Rcheulishvili, imprisoned founder of Center Point Construction Company, will be allowed to attend the funeral of his husband, Vakhtang Rcheulishvili - lawyer Mariam Tsutskiridze said.

As Tsutskhiridze claims, they have not received official permission from the Ministry of Corrections, but the agency expressed such readiness in private conversation with family members.

“This is allowed by the law. We could not get official permission as these days are holidays in the country. However, the Ministry of Corrections expressed such readiness in private conversation with family members. We don’t know yet for how long she will leave prison," Tsutskhiridze said.
