According to the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, 40 000 GEL was spent on the work of the State Constitutional Commission, while the expenditures of the previous Commission amounted to 360 000 GEL and according to him the result was zero.

"360 000 GEL was spent by the previous Commission, when the result was zero. The new commission spent GEL 40,000 to draft an utterly new edition of the Constitution of Georgia. All this indicates that the process was very rational," - Kobakhidze said.

Irakli Kobakhidze talked about the expenses of the State Constitutional Commission at the meeting with the media representatives today.
