The court found former Minister of Justice Zurab Adeishvili and former Minister of Internal Affairs Vano Merabishvili guilty of the seizure of Akura wine factory.
According to the decision of the judge, the former Minister of Justice was sentenced to two years of imprisonment, but according to the Law of Amnesty, the sentence was reduced and finally he was sentenced to one year and 6 months imprisonment.
As for former Minister of Internal Affairs Vano Merabishvili, the judge sentenced him to 3 years of imprisonment, but according to the Law of Amnesty, his sentence was also decreased and the final sentence was defined at 2 years and 3 months.
