Koba Khubulashvili, a middle aged man, local of Kvesheti village, Gori Municipality of Shida Kartli region, who was abducted by Russian soldiers from the occupational line several days ago, has been released for the time being.

The detainee has already been freed from Tskhinvali pre-detention cell after payment of 2 thousand Russian Rubles. Negotiations were ongoing with the occupational regime by State Security Service through mediation of the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) in Georgia.
