Davit Narmania may be appointed as head of State Audit Service

Tbilisi Mayor Davit Narmania does not rule out that he may be appointed as the Head of Georgia’s state Audit Service. 

According to him, consultations with the government are underway on several important issues, including appointment of the head of the audit service. He says that consultations are underway on Tbilisi Mayor Candidacy as well.

Incumbent General Auditor Lasha Tordia’s term on the post expires in July.
