The sphere without regulations – based on unofficial information, about 40 thousand taxis are serving Tbilisi every day.
However, no regulations exist about transportation of passengers. Citizens talk about facing problems and call on the government for taking measures. Drivers do not object to introduction of regulations but insist on making changes gradually.
