Law on secret wire-tapping being discussed in Constitutional Court

The law on secret wire-tapping is being discussed in Constitutional Court of Georgia. Judges listened to the arguments.

The representative of the operational-technical department and employee of the State Security Service will be present before the court.

The coalition “This Concerns You” demands that the law adopted by the parliament is declared as unconstitutional. According to the law, the so-called key to access on secret wire-tapping belongs to a body, which is subordinated to State Security Service.
