The occupation regime detained Levan Kudukhovi, the resident of Kaspi district in occupied Akhalgori district on July 28.

According to the representatives of the de facto border security service, Levan Kudukhovi violated so called border regime, - local media reports.

The detainee was fined in the amount of 2 000 Rubles.

According to Akhalgori Municipality Governor, Kudukhov already paid the sum and was released from custody.
