Justice Minister responds to opponents

During raising the issue of extradition of Mikheil Saakashvili (former president of Georgia), Georgia will guide with international legal norms – Tea Tsulukiani, Justice Minister thus responded to opponents, who evaluated her recent statement as being against the statehood. 

Minister also said that under the condition when the US demands handing over Saakashvili to the American side, Georgia has to fulfill the obligation. 

Georgian Ambassador says that the issue has legal dimension and the prerogative of its resolution belongs to Justice Ministry.
