Zaal Udumashvili, a candidate for post of Tbilisi Mayor from National Movement Party visited 29-year-old Giorgi Khutsishvili, diagnosed with Down syndrome in Didi Dighomi district of Tbilisi. 

The family was cut off social assistance. Mother of the family is unemployed. The family is asking for assistance. Udumashvili called on the authorities for reaction.
