Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili is meeting with members of parliamentary majority. Consultations at Presidential Residence are being held behind the closed door.

The ruling Georgian Dream Party will suggest President using of veto over two issues -- abolishment of so-called bonus system and admission of formation of election blocs for the 2020 parliamentary elections.

According to majority MPs, President has the right to make the decision based on recommendations provided by Venice Commission, an advisory board of Council of Europe.
