Members of National Movement Party and European Georgia Party are protesting against handing over two land plots of Pushkin Square and Tabori Mount in Tbilisi to the construction company owned by former PM Bidzina Ivanishvili. The issue was considered and approved by the majority in Tbilisi Sakrebulo (City Assembly) earlier this afternoon. Oppositional members of city assembly left the sitting hall in protest. 

The opposition tried to intrude into the building. Law enforcers were mobilized outside the building. The police detained 2 protesters during the rally. Members of European Georgia Party plan to file a lawsuit in the court.
