Young man killed in Sagarejo region
Majit Mamedov, a young man, was killed in Keshalo village, Sagarejo district of eastern Kakheti region. The man was inflicted multiple fatal wounds with a knife.
Locals claim that financial liabilities became the motive of the crime. Mamedov demanded return of the debt and after receipt of a refusal tried to obtain valuable items.
Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) told First Channel that the suspect of the crime is determined, and search measures are undertaken. Investigation is ongoing on charge of premeditated murder.
