Tamaz Tikubadze, Georgian local from Knolevi village, detained by Russian soldiers 3 days ago, is released. The detainee left Tskhinvali isolator last night upon paying the fine. 

Knolevi village is adjacent to the occupational line. He was in his yard near the barbed wires installed in the village, when detained.
