Davit Borchashvili imposed preliminary imprisonment

Davit Borchashvili detained on charge of being a member of a terrorist organization was imposed preliminary imprisonment. The field trial was held at a hospital where Borchashvili is prepared to be operated on.

Prosecutor’s Office demanded Borchasvili’s imprisonment. The defense side talked about lack of sufficient evidences. However, the court took into consideration the threat of Borchashvili’s escape or going hiding.
