James Appathurai, Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy and NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia evaluated ongoing 2016 parliamentary elections in Georgia. 

Appathurai said that well-organized elections have turned into a tradition in Georgia. He said he believes that timely investigation of various incidents detected during the first round of elections was utmost important.
