The 38th round of internationally mediated Geneva negotiations begins. The group working on humanitarian issues is headed by Petre Kankava, Georgian Deputy State Minister for Reconciliation and Civil Equity. 

The Georgian side will raise the issues of illegal detention of Georgian locals across the occupied line, restriction of free movement and limitations about teaching in Georgian language at schools in Gali region.
